Frequent Question : Will Jive Pharmacies Reopen?
The inability for anyone to the question of what is happening to Pill Agent, ePharmacist, PillStore, PillValue and CyberPills is leading to one conclusion.
Unfortunately, with the passing of time the likelihood of the Jive group of pharmacies fulfilling lost orders is nearly zero, in my opinion. They were closed on April 19. almost 2 months ago.
Your option at this point is to contact your credit card company and request a chargeback, citing non delivery and providing full details of charges incurred.
You need to start this process before the 90 days expires since your order was placed. For of you this will give you only 3 weeks.
We are very disappointed. I think the main reason they have not opened is their inability to regain control of their financial accounts, which were frozen pending investigation of the company operation. Basically, this approach has strangled the company until it stopped breathing.
